Doris Ann's owner, Lisa Kendrick began small in 2014 with a booth featuring clothing and accessories at various local business in West Tennessee. At that time, she lived in Halls on College Street and choose College Street Designs as her business name. In 2019, Lisa decided to make a dream come true by opening her own store front. The store is located on Johnson Street, so a new name was needed. Just prior to opening, Lisa lost her mother and in wanting to honor her memory the new name became Doris Ann's.

We ship using USPS, orders are shipped out within 1-4 days. No orders are shipped on Sat, Sun or Mon.

We do not offer exchanges or cash/credit refunds. To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue an account credit to be used on your next purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is defective. As long as the item is in original condition (unworn, no strong smells etc.), you will be issued an account credit. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days to process your account credit. When we have processed your return we will send a notification to the email address on file.

You cannot return items that were purchased over 15 days ago. ***IMPORTANT: Items classified as FINAL SALE cannot, under any circumstances, be returned. If a discount code 30% off or greater was used, items purchased may also be subject to FINAL SALE classification.
